I remember the day Simon took his first steps. It was a Thursday evening and I know it for a fact as his Dad and I were watching Top of the Pops. Simon was sittingplaying with his toys when suddenly he stood up and practicaly ran across the room laughing his head off as he realised he was walking. We both sat there amazed and started laughing too, how proud we were of our little lad. Simon sat down and up he got again running back again. He did this several times and the 3 of us just kept laughing. I didnt want him to go to bed in case he forgot he could walk, but sure enough next day up he got and walked, he was 10 months old. I will never forget that night just as I will never forget Simon or his Dad xxx
